Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Reynaldo Urti started the match with the kick off. When Pascual Santxol came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Petroquímica AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pascual Santxol couldn't finish the play. In the 4th match minute, Miraflores FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicanor Gonza to maneuver through the defense. Reynaldo Urti might have been able to make a better finish in the 5th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fabio Bonadona. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Reynaldo Urti ran back to his position shaking his head. 6 minutes into the game, Nicanor Gonza was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Miraflores FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Petroquímica AFC the free kick. After 6 played minutes Miraflores FC got a freekick which was hit by Nicanor Gonza. Pedro Weterio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Bruno Ofelio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pascual Santxol fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabio Bonadona having to interfere. Nicanor Gonza got his second yellow card in the match during the 12th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 12th match minute, Miraflores FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicanor Gonza to maneuver through the defense. 14 minutes into the match, Petroquímica AFC's Reynaldo Urti sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fabio Bonadona narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 14th match minute, Miraflores FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pablo Nuxila to maneuver through the defense. 19 minutes into the match, Miraflores FC's Pedro Weterio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bruno Ofelio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Ismael Arce was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 48 minutes had been played. A collision led to Miraflores FC getting a freekick after 49 minutes play. Ismael Arce hit a great ball. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Pablo Nuxila stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Juan Ospetsu came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Miraflores FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Juan Ospetsu couldn't finish the play. If Pascual Santxol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Amador Salvadore fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Miraflores FC's protests and gave Amador Salvadore a yellow card for diving instead. After 68 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Miraflores FC! Pascual Santxol struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Fabio Bonadona didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Petroquímica AFC. If Pascual Santxol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fabio Bonadona showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Reynaldo Urti, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. When Petroquímica AFC's Reynaldo Urti in 79 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Fabio Bonadona guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. After 80 played minutes Miraflores FC got a freekick which was hit by Pablo Nuxila. If Juan Ospetsu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 87 minutes into the match, Petroquímica AFC's Pascual Santxol sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fabio Bonadona narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Amador Salvadore kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. 91 minutes into the match, Petroquímica AFC's Valentin Segio broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
