Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Narciso Pietro kicked off to start the match. Adrian Jon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Aquilino Selatse tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Everardo Hibai hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Ovidio Unai took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 10th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Octavio Orixe. Hamton FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Adrian Jon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aquilino Selatse having to interfere. When Aurelio Haitz came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Granville fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aurelio Haitz couldn't finish the play. When Silvestre Confesor came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Hamton FC fans jumped to their feet. Silvio Kimetz kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. After 26 played minutes, Granville's Ovidio Unai shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Octavio Orixe came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Granville reached it. Narciso Pietro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Octavio Orixe came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Granville's Narciso Pietro. But to his dismay, Narciso Pietro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 42nd minute Aurelio Haitz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Octavio Orixe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Octavio Orixe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Narciso Pietro in the 44th minute of the match. Aurelio Haitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 49th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Prudencio Polentzi was the one to do the kick off. Aurelio Haitz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Granville's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Adrian Jon was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Prudencio Polentzi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aquilino Selatse read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. Granville's Aquilino Selatse played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Prudencio Polentzi in the 66th minute of play. 67 minutes into the match, Hamton FC's Prudencio Polentzi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aquilino Selatse narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Granville's Norberto Lalla got a free kick in the 68th minute. With a little luck, Hamton FC's Octavio Orixe got control of the ball when Aurelio Haitz tried to sneak it across the goal line. 75 minutes into the match, Hamton FC's goal looked a bit too open when Narciso Pietro came free, but Octavio Orixe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hamton FC's Octavio Orixe proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Hamton FC from getting a goal against them. In the 82nd minute, Ovidio Unai sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Hamton FC's Octavio Orixe didn't even have to move. Narciso Pietro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Prudencio Polentzi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Hamton FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Granville's performance. The match ended with a win for Granville.
