An unexpectedly hard shot by Ermegildo Pacifico in the 12th minute of play forced PEPEARG F.C.'s goalkeeper Casimiro Elorri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Alvaro Virila came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the PEPEARG F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alvaro Virila couldn't finish the play. Orlando Balasi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcelino Liberto having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Orlando Balasi got free with Marcelino Liberto in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Ermegildo Pacifico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alvaro Virila was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute Orlando Balasi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelino Liberto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 54th minute, Carlos Ubarna made a precise shot to the right of Marcelino Liberto. Chas's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. PEPEARG F.C.'s Casimiro Elorri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramon Ieltxu in the 67th minute of play. Anier Ospin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Casimiro Elorri having to interfere. Ermegildo Pacifico struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Casimiro Elorri didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chas. After 72 played minutes Anier Ospin rounded PEPEARG F.C.'s defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-2. With a little luck, PEPEARG F.C.'s Casimiro Elorri got control of the ball when Ermegildo Pacifico tried to sneak it across the goal line. The corner led Chas's Gerardo Ralondo to fire away a dangerous shot which Casimiro Elorri despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Anier Ospin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Casimiro Elorri having to interfere. Anier Ospin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of PEPEARG F.C. booed when Chas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eleuterio Montrelle didn't get a good kick on the ball. Casimiro Elorri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anier Ospin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 94th match minute, Chas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ramon Ieltxu to maneuver through the defense. In the 94th minute of the match Alberto Savier sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marcelino Liberto skillfully saved the ball.
