Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Godofredo Behe made the kick off and thus started the match. 4 minutes into the match, Palmitas's goal looked a bit too open when Diego Salbatore came free, but Eloy Rivero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Palmitas's Teodosio Gorri got a free kick in the 5th minute. In the 9th minute of the match Ladislao Tebaldo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eloy Rivero skillfully saved the ball. 13 minutes into the match, Palmitas's Godofredo Behe sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Celedonio Bidun narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Carmelo Suero was extremely unlucky when he, in the 14th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After some careless play in the Palmitas defense, Diego Salbatore kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eloy Rivero. The Palmitas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eloy Rivero should have stopped the shot. Diego Salbatore received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. When Godofredo Behe came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Palmitas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Godofredo Behe couldn't finish the play. Carmelo Suero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Estanquito AFC getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Ladislao Tebaldo hit a great ball. Celedonio Bidun made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Carmelo Suero sent off a good shot on target. Celedonio Bidun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Godofredo Behe in the 43rd minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The wind increased when Romulo Pueblo made the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Romulo Gonchan during the 51st minute. In the 77th minute Carmelo Suero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celedonio Bidun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carmelo Suero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celedonio Bidun having to interfere. Humberto Mero charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Humberto Mero the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 80th minute, Humberto Mero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eloy Rivero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Romulo Pueblo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Celedonio Bidun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carmelo Suero in the 88th minute of the match.
