Damian Socorro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfredo Raymond having to interfere. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jimeno Beti made a kick off. Alfredo Raymond took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damian Socorro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Vashington's zone, Fermin Lorencio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Isidoro Aztore came out of the goal and Fermin Lorencio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 61 minutes of play, Pontaut AFC's Fermin Lorencio made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Isidoro Aztore was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jimeno Beti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Isidoro Aztore tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 68 minutes, Jimeno Beti managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pontaut AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jimeno Beti was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 80 minutes into the game, Vladimiro Gonzales was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vashington's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pontaut AFC the free kick. In the 80th minute, Vladimiro Gonzales hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Damian Socorro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Alfredo Raymond tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pontaut AFC's Alfredo Raymond played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damian Socorro in the 94th minute of play. In the 96th minute, Victor Dolcet got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Pontaut AFC had won after a very even match.
