Marcelino Eladio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Delmar Ubelteso in the 6th minute of the match. When Delmar Ubelteso came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Febre AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Delmar Ubelteso couldn't finish the play. Arturo Reynardo kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Delmar Ubelteso managed to get in a good position for a shot. Febre AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Delmar Ubelteso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcelino Eladio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Everardo Senio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Inocencio Dimo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Delmar Ubelteso blasted a shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marcelino Eladio having to make a save. If Everardo Senio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Febre AFC getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Damian Abadia hit a great ball. In the 46th match minute, Febre AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Damian Abadia to maneuver through the defense. The Febre AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Yutuyaco AFC were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Delmar Ubelteso made a kick off. If Godofredo Hibai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 63rd match minute, Yutuyaco AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ruperto Rutenio to maneuver through the defense. If Delmar Ubelteso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 66 minutes, Godofredo Hibai managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Febre AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Godofredo Hibai was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 69 minutes into the match, Febre AFC's goalkeeper Melquiades Iyan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Everardo Senio. After 69 played minutes Febre AFC got a freekick which was hit by Damian Abadia. If Inocencio Dimo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Melquiades Iyan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Inocencio Dimo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 74 played minutes Febre AFC got a freekick which was hit by Martin Abeitia. Marcelino Eladio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Godofredo Hibai went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Marcelino Eladio came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Febre AFC's Delmar Ubelteso. But to his dismay, Delmar Ubelteso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. For all the effort they put into the match, the Yutuyaco AFC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Febre AFC.
