Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Delmar Ubelteso made the kick off and thus started the match. When Godofredo Hibai came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Febre AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Godofredo Hibai couldn't finish the play. After 16 minutes, Hugo Medero mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Febre AFC and the Gowland players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 16th minute, one of Febre AFC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Febre AFC. The referee gave Gowland a penalty, 18 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Lázaro Geleberto, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Febre AFC's Melquiades Iyan. 1-0. Melchor Goizeder hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Claudio Justin came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Febre AFC's Godofredo Hibai. But to his dismay, Godofredo Hibai quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ernesto Aires during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Claudio Justin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Godofredo Hibai's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Godofredo Hibai fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claudio Justin having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Godofredo Hibai got free with Claudio Justin in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gowland's Lázaro Geleberto couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 64th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Febre AFC. 66 minutes into the match, Febre AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Abel Kaxen came free, but Melquiades Iyan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 69th minute, Godofredo Hibai ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Claudio Justin was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. In the 73rd minute, Delmar Ubelteso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Godofredo Hibai struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Claudio Justin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Febre AFC. Claudio Justin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Delmar Ubelteso in the 77th minute of play. Abel Kaxen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Godofredo Hibai could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Claudio Justin made a huge save. Claudio Justin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Delmar Ubelteso in the 87th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Godofredo Hibai in the 88th minute of play forced Gowland's goalkeeper Claudio Justin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jonathan Asier was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 92nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Melquiades Iyan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abel Kaxen, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Febre AFC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
