Lorenzo Isias made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Godofredo Hibai sent off a good shot on target. 7 minutes into the match, Febre AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Emiliano Peruxu came free, but Melquiades Iyan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 12 minutes into the match, Febre AFC's Delmar Ubelteso sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lorenzo Isias narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Trilí AFC booed when Febre AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Delmar Ubelteso didn't get a good kick on the ball. Emiliano Peruxu struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Melquiades Iyan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Trilí AFC. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Febre AFC's goalkeeper Melquiades Iyan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Godofredo Hibai could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Lorenzo Isias made a huge save. Cristian Estebe's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Melquiades Iyan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. Damian Abadia hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. If Cristian Estebe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Trilí AFC's Cristian Estebe in the 46th minute got a chance for a shot 46th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cristian Estebe to make the kick off. With a little luck, Febre AFC's Melquiades Iyan got control of the ball when Cristian Estebe tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ceferino Ur during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Lorenzo Isias was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cristian Estebe could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Melquiades Iyan made a huge save. 76 minutes into the game, Emiliano Peruxu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Trilí AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Febre AFC the free kick. Emiliano Peruxu hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. After 82 played minutes Trilí AFC got a freekick which was hit by Emiliano Peruxu. Lorenzo Isias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ceferino Ur in the 88th minute of the match. Delmar Ubelteso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Febre AFC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
