Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jorge Geofredo started the match with the kick off. In the 6th minute Jorge Geofredo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Braulio Walme saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aquilino Xabel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Tobuna AFC's zone, Jorge Geofredo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Braulio Walme came out of the goal and Jorge Geofredo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of c.a.belgrano booed when Tobuna AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Americo Galeno didn't get a good kick on the ball. Braulio Walme stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jorge Geofredo's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. In the 15th minute of the match, Carlos Lazcano tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Eustaquio Cordeal saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Domingo Ieltxu's late challenge caught a Tobuna AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Domingo Ieltxu helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, c.a.belgrano's Domingo Ieltxu got a free kick in the 17th minute. 19 minutes into the game, Rene Lauro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Eustaquio Cordeal was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Tobuna AFC's Braulio Walme played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aquilino Xabel in the 25th minute of play. When Aquilino Xabel came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the c.a.belgrano fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aquilino Xabel couldn't finish the play. Tobuna AFC's Braulio Walme played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorge Geofredo in the 31st minute of play. Celestino Leguizamón charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Celestino Leguizamón the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 36th minute there was a penalty for c.a.belgrano. Evelio Oidor stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Braulio Walme. 1-1. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rene Lauro to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Rene Lauro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jorge Geofredo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aquilino Xabel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Braulio Walme having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Tobuna AFC's zone, Jorge Geofredo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Braulio Walme came out of the goal and Jorge Geofredo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 65th minute, Carlos Lazcano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Braulio Walme made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Aquilino Xabel sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aquilino Xabel got free with Braulio Walme in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Aquilino Xabel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carlos Lazcano kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Aquilino Xabel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Braulio Walme having to interfere. Esteve Txerran hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Aquilino Xabel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Benito Danel kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. If Jorge Geofredo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
