Concarán AFC's Teodosio Loiola tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 21 minutes into the match, Concarán AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Antonio Garaona came free, but Teodosio Loiola reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Delmiro Clemencin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Antonio Garaona took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Teodosio Loiola. Teodosio Loiola dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 30th minute, Antonio Garaona got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 31st minute, Jacinto Jesco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 34 minutes into the game, Fernan Efraim was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Concarán AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Palomitas FC the free kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in Concarán AFC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 33rd minute. Penalty! An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaudencio Iaki in the 40th minute of play forced Palomitas FC's goalkeeper Serafin Abecia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 45 minutes into the match, Palomitas FC's Antonio Garaona sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Teodosio Loiola narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Clemente Bernal's late challenge caught a Palomitas FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Clemente Bernal helped the player get up and apologised.

Remigio Pio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Teodosio Loiola having to make a save. In the 53rd minute, Concarán AFC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Antonio Garaona fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Teodosio Loiola made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antonio Garaona in the 55th minute of play. If Remigio Pio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 60th minute Remigio Pio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teodosio Loiola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Remigio Pio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teodosio Loiola having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Remigio Pio during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 64 played minutes Palomitas FC got a freekick which was hit by Remigio Pio. In the 66th minute, Antonio Garaona got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Eusebio Hurko fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Palomitas FC's protests and gave Eusebio Hurko a yellow card for diving instead. In the 68th match minute, Palomitas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eusebio Hurko to maneuver through the defense. If Delmiro Clemencin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Concarán AFC booed when Palomitas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Constantino Caradaro didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 84 minutes of play Palomitas FC's Eusebio Hurko was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 85 played minutes Palomitas FC got a freekick which was hit by Eusebio Hurko. Antonio Garaona recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Palomitas FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
