The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After having played for 6 minutes, Silverio Domiku managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C. Villa Dalmine Campana's supporters crossed their fingers, but Silverio Domiku was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Anibal Paio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 11th minute Anibal Paio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciriaco Aballe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Pericote's Eugenio Donostia got a free kick in the 12th minute. Lázaro Larpe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teo Macerio in the 16th minute of the match. 21 minutes into the match, C. Villa Dalmine Campana's goal looked a bit too open when Teo Macerio came free, but Lázaro Larpe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lázaro Larpe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ariel Isaio in the 23rd minute of the match. Teo Macerio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Teo Macerio came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Pericote fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teo Macerio couldn't finish the play. Lázaro Larpe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teo Macerio in the 30th minute of play. Ciriaco Aballe made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Silverio Domiku sent off a good shot on target. After 41 minutes, Gabriel Lohitzun mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pericote and the C. Villa Dalmine Campana players grew even worse after the yellow card.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Anibal Paio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Teo Macerio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Silverio Domiku managed to get in a good position for a shot. C. Villa Dalmine Campana's supporters rose to their feet, but Silverio Domiku was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ciriaco Aballe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Eugenio Donostia kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. When C. Villa Dalmine Campana's Anibal Paio, in the 69th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for C. Villa Dalmine Campana. Silverio Domiku received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Ciriaco Aballe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lázaro Larpe made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Ariel Isaio sent off a good shot on target. Silverio Domiku struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Ciriaco Aballe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C. Villa Dalmine Campana. Eugenio Donostia hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Blas Rolado charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Blas Rolado the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 84th minute there was a penalty for C. Villa Dalmine Campana. Ciro Theobald stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Ciriaco Aballe. 1-0. Ciriaco Aballe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silverio Domiku, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ceferino Galeno could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 97th minute of the match, but Lázaro Larpe made a huge save. C. Villa Dalmine Campana's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
