Agustin Quinteros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Roque Fidele's late challenge caught a Lomas City F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Roque Fidele helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Torrent getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Roque Fidele hit a great ball. Gaspar Piearres struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Agustin Quinteros didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lomas City F.C. Alfredo Aguilera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Justo Aurken having to interfere. 23 minutes into the match, Torrent's goal looked a bit too open when Cristobal Garikoitz came free, but Agustin Quinteros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind Torrent's goalkeeper Agustin Quinteros, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Torrent's zone, Gaspar Piearres stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Agustin Quinteros came out of the goal and Gaspar Piearres tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Gaspar Piearres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lomas City F.C's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
