Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rolando Jaume in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Venancio Leguizamón prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 10th minute, Conrado Rainerio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 11 minutes into the match, Ampajango AFC's Anastasio Ibon broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After 12 minutes, Isidoro Jerold mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chulca AFC and the Ampajango AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 13th match minute, Chulca AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isidoro Jerold to maneuver through the defense. 17 minutes into the match, Chulca AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Leo Onbera came free, but Anibal Boni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anibal Boni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leo Onbera in the 18th minute of play. Rolando Jaume sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rolando Jaume in the 26th minute of play forced Ampajango AFC's goalkeeper Venancio Leguizamón to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 29 minutes into the match, Chulca AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Leo Onbera came free, but Anibal Boni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 34 minutes into the game, Natalio Eguzki was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chulca AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ampajango AFC the free kick. Abel Honrio struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Anibal Boni didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ampajango AFC. After having played for 39 minutes, Rolando Jaume managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chulca AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rolando Jaume was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 43 minutes into the match, Ampajango AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Santo Reno came free, but Venancio Leguizamón reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 44 minutes, Ildefonso Llorienzo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ampajango AFC and the Chulca AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Anibal Boni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abel Honrio in the 54th minute of play. In the 57th minute, Chulca AFC's Rolando Jaume ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Venancio Leguizamón. Venancio Leguizamón yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. Abel Honrio struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Anibal Boni didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ampajango AFC. Robustiano Abel hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. In the 79th minute, Nicolas Vito made a precise shot to the right of Venancio Leguizamón. Ampajango AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Chulca AFC's Rolando Jaume got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Chulca AFC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Chulca AFC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
