A collision led to Pampita AFC getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Bruno Olando hit a great ball. In a very dangerous position, a player in Salto fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 8th minute. Penalty! In the 11th minute there was a penalty for Pampita AFC. Amadeo Bero stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Rene Kusko. 0-1. A collision led to Salto getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Honorato Playo hit a great ball. In the 21st minute, Ignacio Gaspard got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ignacio Gaspard's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rene Kusko read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. Honorato Playo hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. After having played for 32 minutes, Romulo Roldan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pampita AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Romulo Roldan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Pampita AFC's Conrado Manni got control of the ball when Ezequiel Tiso tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ignacio Gaspard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Rene Kusko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Romulo Roldan scored 0-3 in the 42nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rene Kusko, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ignacio Gaspard stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpected shot in the 54th minute by Ignacio Gaspard got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Conrado Manni didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ezequiel Tiso went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. In the 63rd minute Ignacio Gaspard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rene Kusko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Salto's Rene Kusko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ignacio Gaspard in the 64th minute of play. In the 70th minute Ezequiel Tiso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Conrado Manni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Salto's Rene Kusko proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Salto from getting a goal against them. If Ezequiel Tiso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Romulo Roldan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
