An unexpectedly hard shot by Ruperto Erroman in the 11th minute of play forced Asamblea FC's goalkeeper Norberto Roldanillo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 12th match minute, Asamblea FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eduardo Bidari to maneuver through the defense. Tapia's Francisco Amor got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Tapia booed when Asamblea FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Feliberto Misael didn't get a good kick on the ball. Celso Enaut's late challenge caught a Tapia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Celso Enaut helped the player get up and apologised. After 30 played minutes Asamblea FC got a freekick which was hit by Celso Enaut. Ruperto Erroman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Norberto Roldanillo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 34th minute, Asamblea FC's Vicente Bidari ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Hernan Santxol. Hernan Santxol yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Ruperto Erroman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vicente Bidari was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Tapia's Ruperto Erroman got a free kick in the 53rd minute. In the 56th minute, Asamblea FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Francisco Amor fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Asamblea FC's goalkeeper Norberto Roldanillo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Tapia's Hernan Santxol played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vicente Bidari in the 63rd minute of play. When Francisco Amor came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Tapia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Francisco Amor couldn't finish the play. Feliberto Misael hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. In the 74th minute, Ruperto Erroman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Norberto Roldanillo was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. After 80 played minutes Tapia got a freekick which was hit by Bernabe Jakue. Conrado Elia didn't quite understand what happened when in the 82 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. The supporters of Asamblea FC booed when Tapia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leandro Lamberto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ruperto Erroman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Norberto Roldanillo having to interfere. After 92 minutes of play, Tapia's Francisco Amor made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Norberto Roldanillo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Julian Ioritz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hernan Santxol having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Tapia's Isaac Burutzagi got a free kick in the 97th minute. Julian Ioritz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 99th minute. Hernan Santxol tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tapia's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
