With a little luck, Guernica AFC's Victor Gora got control of the ball when Nicolas Erruki tried to sneak it across the goal line. Victor Gora made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amado Lore in the 10th minute of play. Victor Gora took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amado Lore, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Amado Lore's late challenge caught a Guernica AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Amado Lore helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Britos AFC getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Amado Lore hit a great ball. Amado Lore fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victor Gora having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Lucio Cucao's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arsenio Florin was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. 32 minutes into the match, Guernica AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Amado Lore came free, but Victor Gora reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Virgilio Errando fell near the penalty area in the 34th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Guernica AFC's protests and gave Virgilio Errando a yellow card for diving instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in Guernica AFC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 33rd minute. Penalty! Nicolas Erruki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Victor Gora tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nicolas Erruki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 46th minute the ball was on its way in behind Guernica AFC's goalkeeper Victor Gora, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Amado Lore had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Silvano Montrell to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Prospero Senon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victor Gora saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nicolas Erruki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victor Gora having to interfere. Rafael Salamon hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. After having played for 61 minutes, Amado Lore managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Britos AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amado Lore was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Victor Gora showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicolas Erruki in the 62nd minute of the match. Victor Gora didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nicolas Erruki went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. In the 67th minute Silvano Montrell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arsenio Florin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Victor Gora showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicolas Erruki in the 71st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicolas Erruki in the 73rd minute of play forced Guernica AFC's goalkeeper Victor Gora to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match clock showed 84 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Amado Lore sped through Guernica AFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Victor Gora. When Nicolas Erruki came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Britos AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nicolas Erruki couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Nicolas Erruki's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Victor Gora was relentless in the 90th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amado Lore in the 93rd minute of play forced Guernica AFC's goalkeeper Victor Gora to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Britos AFC's Arsenio Florin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silvano Montrell in the 97th minute of play.
