Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Antonio Leguizamón took the kick off in the first half of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Carmelo Soter managed to get in a good position for a shot. Omellette's supporters rose to their feet, but Carmelo Soter was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joel Vincente breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 7 minutes into the game, Palmarcito's Melchor Tonio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Casimiro Romero made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Antonio Leguizamón recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 13th match minute, Omellette was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonas Markel to maneuver through the defense. Melchor Tonio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Casimiro Romero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Casimiro Romero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antonio Leguizamón, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Melchor Tonio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Palmarcito's supporters rose to their feet, but Melchor Tonio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonio Leguizamón in the 20th minute of play forced Omellette's goalkeeper Casimiro Romero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 23 minutes into the match, Palmarcito's goal looked a bit too open when Nicanor Balesio came free, but Joel Vincente reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mariano Tanio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nicanor Balesio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joel Vincente having to interfere. When Antonio Leguizamón came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Palmarcito fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antonio Leguizamón couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Palmarcito's Prudencio Gaueko got a free kick in the 31st minute. Joel Vincente made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Mariano Tanio sent off a good shot on target. Mariano Tanio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Joel Vincente made a huge save. Joel Vincente showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicanor Balesio in the 38th minute of the match. Melchor Tonio struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Casimiro Romero didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Palmarcito. Omellette's Casimiro Romero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antonio Leguizamón in the 41st minute of play. Melchor Tonio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Omellette's zone, Melchor Tonio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Casimiro Romero came out of the goal and Melchor Tonio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nicanor Balesio was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the game, Antonio Leguizamón lined in a short shot 0-2 behind a frustrated Casimiro Romero. When Nicanor Balesio came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Omellette fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nicanor Balesio couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Omellette getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Jonas Markel hit a great ball. Melchor Tonio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Palmarcito's Joel Vincente played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Tanio in the 78th minute of play. After 92 played minutes Omellette got a freekick which was hit by Erasmo Mirande. Casimiro Romero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antonio Leguizamón in the 94th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Tanio in the 96th minute of play forced Palmarcito's goalkeeper Joel Vincente to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Palmarcito eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
