Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Mario Ekhi got the match started through his kick off. Ubaldo Ler received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Bruno Azeari tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Chilca FC's zone, Honorato Lohitzun stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bruno Azeari came out of the goal and Honorato Lohitzun tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bruno Azeari took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Honorato Lohitzun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Ubaldo Ler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mario Ekhi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bruno Azeari didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ubaldo Ler went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Honorato Lohitzun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Azeari having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Chilca FC's Amancio Bikendi got a free kick in the 31st minute. Chilca FC's Bruno Azeari played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ubaldo Ler in the 46th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Honorato Lohitzun in the 49th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bruno Azeari saved Chilca FC from getting behind. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Honorato Lohitzun to make the kick off. When Angel Clodio fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fracrau's protests and gave Angel Clodio a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Fracrau getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Angel Clodio hit a great ball. Chilca FC's Bernabe Txilar got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 64 minutes, Victoriano Hibai managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chilca FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Victoriano Hibai was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bruno Azeari was a little too slow when Ubaldo Ler got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 74th minute. The score was now 1-2. Honorato Lohitzun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Azeari having to interfere. Mario Ekhi took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Timoteo Calisto. Timoteo Calisto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Chilca FC's Victoriano Hibai got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 93 minutes into the match, Chilca FC's goal looked a bit too open when Honorato Lohitzun came free, but Bruno Azeari reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ubaldo Ler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
