Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Cesar Mero got the match started through his kick off. If Mariano Maurino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mariano Maurino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Bernardo Azevedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 19 minutes into the game, Cesar Mero recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Bernardo Azevedo. Cesar Mero showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. In the 25th minute Cesar Mero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernardo Azevedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Octavio Columbo in the 31st minute of play forced Palermo AFC's goalkeeper Teodoro Nabar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Narciso Matteo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mariano Maurino was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 41st minute. Palermo AFC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Octavio Columbo was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Brown's goal looked a bit too open when Mariano Maurino came free, but Bernardo Azevedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 54th of the match, Octavio Columbo tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Teodoro Nabar got in the way and made a wonderful save. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Palermo AFC's goalkeeper Teodoro Nabar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mariano Maurino in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bernardo Azevedo saved Brown from getting behind. Palermo AFC's Teodoro Nabar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save Palermo AFC from getting a goal against them. After 70 played minutes Brown got a freekick which was hit by Jeronimo Rosalio. Bernardo Azevedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Narciso Matteo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sebastian Luzaide could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Teodoro Nabar made a huge save. 87 minutes into the game, Palermo AFC's Cesar Mero nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bernardo Azevedo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. In the 96th minute, Cesar Mero made a precise shot to the right of Bernardo Azevedo. Brown's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. There was no doubt that Palermo AFC were the better team. Palermo AFC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
