Ivan Bemabe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adan Diaz, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. The referee ignored Roji-Negros's protests and gave Inocencio Seguinus a yellow card for diving instead. Ivan Bemabe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ariel Lon in the 37th minute of the match. Ivan Bemabe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adan Diaz in the 38th minute of play. In the 42nd minute Adan Diaz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivan Bemabe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Roji-Negros's Ivan Bemabe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adan Diaz in the 46th minute of play. Ariel Lon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ivan Bemabe having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ariel Lon was the one to do the kick off. Adan Diaz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ivan Bemabe having to interfere. Ivan Bemabe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ariel Lon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rogelio Evarado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Rogelio Evarado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 78 played minutes Coitaco got a freekick which was hit by Nicolas Kimetz. In the 83rd minute, Armando Rumaldo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 86th minute, Adan Diaz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 90th minute, Adan Diaz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Coitaco fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Serafin Goito didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rogelio Evarado went, in the 96th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. For all the effort they put into the match, the Coitaco players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Roji-Negros.
