The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the match, Salada AFC's Melchor Macias sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Luciano Gabino narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Salvador Lope sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Caipirinha FC 09-12-2018's Albino Malvin got a free kick in the 13th minute. Salada AFC's Melchor Macias got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Luciano Gabino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Melchor Macias, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Luciano Gabino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silverio Estevez in the 24th minute of the match. After 30 played minutes Salada AFC got a freekick which was hit by Orlando Romo. Elias Laurendi took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 31st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Prospero Isauro. Salada AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Silverio Estevez scored 0-1 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luciano Gabino, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Caipirinha FC 09-12-2018's Salvador Lope got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Salvador Lope received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Prospero Isauro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Melchor Macias to strike the kick off in the second half. Luciano Gabino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Melchor Macias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Silverio Estevez's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 55thth minute, Luciano Gabino skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 56 played minutes Caipirinha FC 09-12-2018 got a freekick which was hit by Tomás Nuno. Melchor Macias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind Salada AFC's goalkeeper Prospero Isauro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 68 minutes of play, Caipirinha FC 09-12-2018's Salvador Lope made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Prospero Isauro was left in no man's land by his defense there! With an all-out effort, Salada AFC's Luciano Gabino threw himself towards the right post 73 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Melchor Macias, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silverio Estevez in the 75th minute of play forced Caipirinha FC 09-12-2018's goalkeeper Luciano Gabino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 3-1 became the score in the 82nd minute when Salvador Lope elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After having played for 86 minutes, Tiburcio Asteri managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Caipirinha FC 09-12-2018's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tiburcio Asteri was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Silverio Estevez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Luciano Gabino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 95th minute Salvador Lope shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Prospero Isauro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Caipirinha FC 09-12-2018 were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Salada AFC for a fine match.
