Christian Venceslao received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Lucio Virila tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alfonso Uhin got free with Lucio Virila in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Fulgencio Damario's late challenge caught a Malabrigo AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fulgencio Damario helped the player get up and apologised. In the 9th match minute, Quemquemtreu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fulgencio Damario to maneuver through the defense. Bernardo Ixaka scored 0-1 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Enrique Sugar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Malabrigo AFC's goalkeeper Enrique Sugar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Alfonso Uhin came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Malabrigo AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alfonso Uhin couldn't finish the play. Christian Venceslao fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucio Virila having to interfere. Alfonso Uhin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Lucio Virila made a huge save. In the 34th minute, Christian Venceslao fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Lucio Virila, passed just outside the right post. Lucio Virila made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alfonso Uhin in the 35th minute. Bernardo Ixaka received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Enrique Sugar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Amador Madaleno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Enrique Sugar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bernardo Ixaka's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. The Malabrigo AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Quemquemtreu were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Christian Venceslao made a kick off. Severino Bidun charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Severino Bidun the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Severino Bidun kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Bernardo Ixaka who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 61stth minute tested the skills of Enrique Sugar when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Marcos Timo's late challenge caught a Malabrigo AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marcos Timo helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Malabrigo AFC booed when Quemquemtreu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcos Timo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alfonso Uhin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lucio Virila having to make a save. Malabrigo AFC's Christian Venceslao got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Enrique Sugar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bernardo Ixaka went, in the 90th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. The Quemquemtreu players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
