Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Emanuel Criston got the match started through his kick off. With an all-out effort, Yráizoz's Reynaldo Pinto threw himself towards the right post 3 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Emanuel Criston, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. With his leg Reynaldo Pinto managed to avoid a goal in the 7thth minute, when Yráizoz's Jesus Santana fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Emanuel Criston received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Reynaldo Pinto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Elpidio Abalos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Elpidio Abalos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tadeo Kauldi having to interfere. After 27 played minutes Yráizoz got a freekick which was hit by Robustiano Loreto. A collision led to Yráizoz getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Silvano Hever hit a great ball. After having played for 34 minutes, Emanuel Criston managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Yráizoz's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emanuel Criston was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 38th minute, Honorio Pedroso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 40th minute, Yráizoz's Emanuel Criston ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Reynaldo Pinto. Reynaldo Pinto yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Jesus Santana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Emanuel Criston had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Inocencio Silban was the one to do the kick off. After 60 played minutes Goya AFC got a freekick which was hit by Vicente Jakue. Reynaldo Pinto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emanuel Criston in the 66th minute of play. Elpidio Abalos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 77 minutes into the match, Goya AFC's Elpidio Abalos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tadeo Kauldi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Reynaldo Pinto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jesus Santana, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Tadeo Kauldi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Inocencio Silban in the 80th minute of play. In the 83rd minute, Inocencio Silban got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Jesus Santana came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Yráizoz fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jesus Santana couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuel Criston in the 96th minute of play forced Goya AFC's goalkeeper Reynaldo Pinto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Goya AFC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Yráizoz.
