Juventud Rafaela from getting a goal against them. In the 9th minute, Desiderio Osoitz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 10 played minutes, C.A. Juventud Rafaela's Serafino Rodas shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Baldomiro Padro came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in C.A. Juventud Rafaela reached it. C.A. Juventud Rafaela's Marcelo Locaio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silvio Garcia in the 15th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 21 minutes, Marcelo Locaio successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Baldomiro Padro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Omar Padro in the 23rd minute of play. In the 24th minute, Ladislao Laurendi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Flavio Servando in the 30th minute of play forced C.A. Juventud Rafaela's goalkeeper Marcelo Locaio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Cristobal Maria came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Talapampa FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristobal Maria couldn't finish the play. After 40 played minutes Talapampa FC got a freekick which was hit by Flavio Servando. 42 minutes into the match, Omar Padro notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Talapampa FC's Baldomiro Padro. Baldomiro Padro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cristobal Maria did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-1 to the left of a surprised Marcelo Locaio 45 minutes into the match. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Silvio Garcia stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 60th minute, Ramon Urbasa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 61st minute, Arnulfo Luar sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and C.A. Juventud Rafaela's Marcelo Locaio didn't even have to move. After 62 minutes, Ramon Urbasa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the C.A. Juventud Rafaela and the Talapampa FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 62nd match minute, C.A. Juventud Rafaela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ramon Urbasa to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Omar Padro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Baldomiro Padro was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvio Garcia in the 68th minute of play forced C.A. Juventud Rafaela's goalkeeper Marcelo Locaio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Juventud Rafaela's goalkeeper Marcelo Locaio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Cristobal Maria came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Talapampa FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristobal Maria couldn't finish the play. Marcelo Locaio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristobal Maria in the 91st minute of play. After some careless play in the Talapampa FC defense, Omar Padro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Baldomiro Padro. The Talapampa FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Baldomiro Padro should have stopped the shot. C.A. Juventud Rafaela's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
