In the 5th minute, one of Duna:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Duna. In the 11th minute, Duna's Prudencio Leizarraga ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Diego Idacio. Diego Idacio yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. In the 17th match minute, Duna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Prudencio Leizarraga to maneuver through the defense. In the 21st minute, Duna's Clemente Ralondo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. Tuizón AFC's Diego Idacio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pastor Maidana in the 25th minute of play. If Ermegildo Distiratsu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 34 minutes into the match, Ezequiel Uhin notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Duna's Anselmo Paul. Anselmo Paul was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Ermegildo Distiratsu came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Tuizón AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ermegildo Distiratsu couldn't finish the play. 40 minutes into the match, Ermegildo Distiratsu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Anselmo Paul. Duna's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ermegildo Distiratsu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. Anselmo Paul showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ezequiel Uhin, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. In the 46th minute Clemente Ralondo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diego Idacio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 47 minutes into the match, Tuizón AFC's goalkeeper Diego Idacio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pastor Maidana. Disappointed in the 2-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Ermegildo Distiratsu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anselmo Paul having to interfere. 92 minutes into the match, Silverio Vergaray notched a goal, 3-5, to the right of Tuizón AFC's Diego Idacio. Diego Idacio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Diego Idacio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pastor Maidana in the 95th minute of play. The Tuizón AFC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
