Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Pastillos's Saturnino Nazario started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Fabio Txurio took the ball and in the 6 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Genaro Etxepare. Genaro Etxepare dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 12th minute, Adolfo Tohias made a precise shot to the right of Genaro Etxepare. Pastillos's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Saturnino Nazario recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 21 played minutes Pastillos got a freekick which was hit by Saturnino Nazario. Herminio Hodei took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Genaro Etxepare. Genaro Etxepare dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. 26 minutes into the match, Encrucijada's Fabio Txurio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Genaro Etxepare narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Fabio Txurio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Jose Sotero fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pastillos's protests and gave Jose Sotero a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Pastillos's Jose Sotero got a free kick in the 29th minute. In the 31st minute Fabio Txurio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Genaro Etxepare saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adolfo Tohias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Genaro Etxepare tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Adolfo Tohias came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Encrucijada fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adolfo Tohias couldn't finish the play. Genaro Etxepare didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Adolfo Tohias went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adolfo Tohias in the 48th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Genaro Etxepare prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fabio Txurio was the one to do the kick off. Fabio Txurio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Genaro Etxepare tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pastillos's Genaro Etxepare proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Pastillos from getting a goal against them. Prudencio Ovando showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Saturnino Nazario, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. After a rather tough play, Pastillos's Blas Vachon got a free kick in the 67th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Encrucijada's zone, Benedicto Arotza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Prudencio Ovando came out of the goal and Benedicto Arotza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 80 minutes into the game, Saturnino Nazario cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-5. Prudencio Ovando was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Benedicto Arotza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Fabio Txurio kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Genaro Etxepare. That made the score 1-6 in the 88 minute of play. When Saturnino Nazario came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Pastillos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Saturnino Nazario couldn't finish the play. In the 97th minute, Benedicto Arotza got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Encrucijada had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
