Florentino Jerardo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Abel Marino in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Martin Theobald saved juventud from getting behind. In the 28th minute, Celedonio Urtsin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to juventud getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Celedonio Urtsin hit a great ball. Saldungaray FC's Damaso Arnas couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for juventud. After a defensive mix-up in juventud's zone, Abel Marino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Martin Theobald came out of the goal and Abel Marino tried to chip the ball over his head. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Celedonio Urtsin to make the kick off. Leonel Dantae fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martin Theobald having to interfere. After having played for 53 minutes, Abel Marino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Saldungaray FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abel Marino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Saldungaray FC's Leonel Dantae got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to juventud getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Mario Eztebe hit a great ball. Martin Theobald took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abel Marino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Martin Theobald showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abel Marino, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. In the 72nd minute Leonel Dantae shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martin Theobald saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 82 minutes of play, Saldungaray FC's Leonel Dantae made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Martin Theobald was left in no man's land by his defense there! 84 minutes into the game, Diego Eguerdi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Saldungaray FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave juventud the free kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonel Dantae in the 87th minute of play forced juventud's goalkeeper Martin Theobald to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 91st minute Leonel Dantae shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martin Theobald saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leonel Dantae blasted a shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Martin Theobald having to make a save. When the referee ended the match the Saldungaray FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
