Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Severiano Harri made the kick off which started today's match. 6 minutes into the game, Efrain Donio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fernet Branca F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Todd the free kick. The score was 1-0 after a penalty in the 7th minute, where Todd:s Jairo Pepillo tricked Fernet Branca F.C:s Godfredo Bermund with a difficult ball by the left post. Paulino Cordarin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Godfredo Bermund having to interfere. Julio Blasi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Paulino Cordarin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Severiano Harri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zacarias Brun having to interfere. Cecilio Urbez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Zacarias Brun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Todd's Osvaldo Adrio got a free kick in the 30th minute. Hernan Eguntsenti hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. When Julio Blasi came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Todd fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Julio Blasi couldn't finish the play. Godfredo Bermund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julio Blasi in the 42nd minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Julio Blasi made a kick off. Hernan Eguntsenti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Godfredo Bermund having to interfere. Fabricio Txindoki kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Cecilio Urbez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Romeo Edur's late challenge caught a Fernet Branca F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Romeo Edur helped the player get up and apologised. Cecilio Urbez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Todd's Julio Blasi got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Julio Blasi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Godfredo Bermund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Todd booed when Fernet Branca F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Niceto Luzaide didn't get a good kick on the ball. Paulino Cordarin struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Godfredo Bermund didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Todd.
