Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Federico Cordarrel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Prospero Tuste read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. A collision led to Madariaga getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Ubaldo Vidal hit a great ball. Madariaga's Ubaldo Vidal was, in the 8th minute, rewarded a free kick which he blasted straight towards the goal. The goalkeeper seemed frozen by the shot, but didn't have to make a save as the ball went outside of the right post. 13 minutes into the match, Rosario AFC's Maximino Estebano sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Prospero Tuste narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Roque Liher's late challenge caught a Rosario AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Roque Liher helped the player get up and apologised. If Federico Cordarrel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Madariaga's Prospero Tuste played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Orlando Niva in the 24th minute of play. When Federico Cordarrel came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Rosario AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Federico Cordarrel couldn't finish the play. After having played for 28 minutes, Maximino Estebano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rosario AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Maximino Estebano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Prospero Tuste made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Federico Cordarrel in the 29th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
When Federico Cordarrel came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Rosario AFC fans jumped to their feet. An unexpectedly hard shot by Federico Cordarrel in the 57th minute of play forced Madariaga's goalkeeper Prospero Tuste to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 60 played minutes Rosario AFC got a freekick which was hit by Federico Cordarrel. Prospero Tuste took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgardo Erlantz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ubaldo Vidal blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jimeno Txomin having to make a save. Federico Cordarrel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Madariaga getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. German Lorien hit a great ball. In the 82nd minute, Ubaldo Vidal ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jimeno Txomin was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. After 85 played minutes Madariaga got a freekick which was hit by Roque Liher. Ubaldo Vidal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Jimeno Txomin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jimeno Txomin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ubaldo Vidal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
