Ivan Birila started the match with the kick off. Eloy Obeko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ivan Birila in the 30th minute of play. Ivan Birila fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eloy Obeko having to interfere. Eloy Obeko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ivan Birila, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Ivan Birila recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Ivan Birila had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

After 55 minutes, Rigoberto Selatse mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sharis F.C and the Vicentini FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Simon Carlomagno, 56 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. If Ivan Birila had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 64th minute Ivan Birila shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eloy Obeko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sharis F.C's Eloy Obeko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivan Birila in the 66th minute of play. Freddy Vito received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Romeo Roderigo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Ambrosio Tebaldo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sharis F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Ambrosio Tebaldo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Romeo Roderigo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Eloy Obeko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ivan Birila in the 86th minute of play. Eloy Obeko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ivan Birila, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 96 played minutes Ivan Birila rounded Sharis F.C's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-2. Vicentini FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
