After 16 played minutes Julio&Agosto got a freekick which was hit by Abelardo Gaztea. If Alejo Remigio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Trancas 's Evaristo Unax in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After 37 played minutes, Trancas 's Lisandro Salvidor shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Hermengildo Garci came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Trancas reached it. After having played for 38 minutes, Evaristo Unax managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Trancas 's supporters crossed their fingers, but Evaristo Unax was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alejo Remigio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Israel Peru hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Hermengildo Garci took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alejo Remigio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alejo Remigio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Julio&Agosto booed when Trancas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adolfo Opilano didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Romeo Isidor's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Siro Beliran was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. Julio&Agosto's Hermengildo Garci played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alejo Remigio in the 75th minute of play. An unexpected shot in the 76th minute by Alejo Remigio got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Evaristo Unax sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Alejo Remigio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 100thth minute of the game Alejo Remigio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Julio&Agosto's Hermengildo Garci was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match was over Trancas could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Julio&Agosto throughout the match.
