When Club Atl Estudiantes Lp's Niceto Gaizkine in 11 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Isidoro Taurino guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. The supporters of Club Atl Estudiantes Lp booed when Peñico AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Laureano Cerilo didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Niceto Gaizkine's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Isidoro Taurino was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. 24 minutes in the game, Danilo Cordarrel fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Alejandro Tomi having to interfere. Club Atl Estudiantes Lp's supporters rose to their feet, but Francisco Lartaun was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post.
