Anastasio Totakoxe was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 9 minutes into the game, Rogelio Cordareo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Carmen's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave san lorenzo the free kick. Rogelio Cordareo kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Fulgencio Mano was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 10th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After 12 minutes, Timoteo Inko mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Carmen and the san lorenzo players grew even worse after the yellow card. Luis Otsoa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Anastasio Totakoxe read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. After some careless play in the Carmen defense, Marcos Matteo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Anastasio Totakoxe. The Carmen fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Anastasio Totakoxe should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luis Otsoa in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anastasio Totakoxe prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rogelio Mannie showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonatan Kinsen in the 26th minute of the match. With a little luck, san lorenzo's Rogelio Mannie got control of the ball when Natalio Hermon tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Carmen's Jonatan Kinsen slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Rogelio Mannie. That made the score 1-2 after 33 minutes of play. After 37 played minutes Carmen got a freekick which was hit by Timoteo Inko. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcos Matteo in the 39th minute of play forced Carmen's goalkeeper Anastasio Totakoxe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, san lorenzo's Rogelio Mannie got control of the ball when Natalio Hermon tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luis Otsoa in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Anastasio Totakoxe saved Carmen from getting behind. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marcos Matteo to strike the kick off in the second half. If Natalio Hermon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Carmen's Timoteo Inko got a free kick in the 57th minute. After recieving a nice pass, san lorenzo's Fulgencio Mano tried to score from far away in the 58th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jonatan Kinsen during the 63rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Jonatan Kinsen kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Carmen's Anastasio Totakoxe proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Carmen from getting a goal against them. Luis Otsoa in the 73rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Anastasio Totakoxe, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Marcial Martinez struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Rogelio Mannie didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Carmen. In the 81st minute the ball was on its way in behind san lorenzo's goalkeeper Rogelio Mannie, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 82 minutes into the match, Natalio Hermon notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of san lorenzo's Rogelio Mannie. Rogelio Mannie was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Luis Otsoa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bernardo Tajo charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bernardo Tajo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Bernardo Tajo hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Carmen's Anastasio Totakoxe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcos Matteo in the 96th minute of play. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
