Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Bernardo Pinto kicked off to start the match. Teofilo Petrigai made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardo Pinto in the 3rd minute of play. When the match had gone on for 4 minutes, Marcial Liberto put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Baldomero Frascuelo. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valentin Hitzeder in the 8th minute of play forced C.A. Independiente's goalkeeper Teofilo Petrigai to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Valentin Hitzeder fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teofilo Petrigai having to interfere. Rumipal's Bernardo Pinto got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 15thth minute of the game Bernardo Pinto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but C.A. Independiente's Teofilo Petrigai was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. C.A. Independiente's Teofilo Petrigai played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valentin Hitzeder in the 19th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Valentin Hitzeder managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rumipal's supporters rose to their feet, but Valentin Hitzeder was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Teofilo Petrigai breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the C.A. Independiente defense, Bernardo Pinto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Teofilo Petrigai. The C.A. Independiente fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Teofilo Petrigai should have stopped the shot. Marcial Liberto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Apolo Llorienzo managed to get in a good position for a shot. C.A. Independiente's supporters rose to their feet, but Apolo Llorienzo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Baldomero Frascuelo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Marcial Liberto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Apolo Llorienzo made a kick off. After 51 minutes, Humberto Policarpio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rumipal and the C.A. Independiente players grew even worse after the yellow card. The crowd rose to their feet as Rumipal's Bernardo Pinto slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Teofilo Petrigai. That made the score 1-2 after 55 minutes of play. Apolo Llorienzo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Generoso Santxol during the 63rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to C.A. Independiente getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Generoso Santxol hit a great ball. In the 66th minute, Valentin Hitzeder got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Apolo Llorienzo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcial Liberto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Baldomero Frascuelo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. Rumipal's Baldomero Frascuelo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Apolo Llorienzo in the 75th minute of play. In the 79th minute, Bernardo Pinto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Rumipal booed when C.A. Independiente was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Generoso Santxol didn't get a good kick on the ball. Remigio Fiz was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 82nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Bernardo Pinto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Valentin Hitzeder managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rumipal's supporters rose to their feet, but Valentin Hitzeder was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Teofilo Petrigai breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 91 minutes into the game, Ovidio Rey was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rumipal's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C.A. Independiente the free kick. Ovidio Rey kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Rumipal's Ovidio Rey got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Rumipal's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
