The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Carrilobo's Raimundo Orixe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florencio Belarmo in the 25th minute of play. When Maximo Chucho came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Carrilobo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maximo Chucho couldn't finish the play. Israel Efren succeeded in the game's 37th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Carrilobo's Godofredo Ioritz slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Justo Amato. That made the score 2-0 after 43 minutes of play. Israel Efren's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Justo Amato read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aureliano Lizer to make the kick off. Silvano Asier's late challenge caught a CLUB ATLETICO TIGRE's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Silvano Asier helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Carrilobo getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Silvano Asier hit a great ball. Justo Amato showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Israel Efren, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. The supporters of Carrilobo booed when CLUB ATLETICO TIGRE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victoriano Ponc didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Florencio Belarmo managed to get in a good position for a shot. CLUB ATLETICO TIGRE's supporters rose to their feet, but Florencio Belarmo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Raimundo Orixe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Victoriano Ponc struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Raimundo Orixe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CLUB ATLETICO TIGRE. Florencio Liberto kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Justo Amato showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Israel Efren, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Justo Amato took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximo Chucho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 88th minute Israel Efren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Justo Amato saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Justo Amato came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Carrilobo's Maximo Chucho. But to his dismay, Maximo Chucho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. If Maximo Chucho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Carrilobo's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
