In the 6th match minute, lamufa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tobias Harriet to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Zacarias Txordon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Independiente Rivadavia's supporters rose to their feet, but Zacarias Txordon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dario Elia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Luisito Fonda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dario Elia having to interfere. In the 14th minute, one of Independiente Rivadavia:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Independiente Rivadavia. Thanks to some nice moves Luisito Fonda could shoot a difficult shot in the 19th minute, which Dario Elia however easily saved by the left post. Domingo Mogel's late challenge caught a Independiente Rivadavia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Domingo Mogel helped the player get up and apologised. In the 19th minute, Domingo Mogel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 23 minutes into the match, Independiente Rivadavia's goal looked a bit too open when Teo Palben came free, but Teodoro Celipe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lino Dalmai fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teodoro Celipe having to interfere. After 28 played minutes Independiente Rivadavia got a freekick which was hit by Domingos Endira. Teo Palben received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lino Dalmai was the one to do the kick off. After 52 played minutes lamufa got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Peyo. Luisito Fonda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dario Elia having to interfere. Zacarias Txordon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to lamufa getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Teo Palben hit a great ball. Zacarias Txordon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Dario Elia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 77th minute Zacarias Txordon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dario Elia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Zacarias Txordon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zacarias Txordon in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dario Elia saved lamufa from getting behind. In the 86th minute, Luisito Fonda left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Independiente Rivadavia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Dario Elia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luisito Fonda, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. In the 93rd minute, Tobias Harriet hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Independiente Rivadavia had won after a very even match.
