Gabriel Chorche sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Cieneguillas fans' excitement grew in the 20th match minute when Cieneguillas's Apolo Rio looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Apolo Rio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 26 minutes into the match, Cieneguillas's goal looked a bit too open when Segundo Lorencio came free, but Ivan Ricart reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nestor Licerio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gabriel Chorche, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. After a rather tough play, GIRAMONDO's Americo Gai got a free kick in the 29th minute. The audience was convinced that Gabriel Chorche's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nestor Licerio was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. GIRAMONDO's Nestor Licerio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabriel Chorche in the 34th minute of play. If Segundo Lorencio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vladimiro Mitxaut was the one to do the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Segundo Lorencio managed to get in a good position for a shot. GIRAMONDO's supporters rose to their feet, but Segundo Lorencio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ivan Ricart breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nestor Licerio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabriel Chorche in the 56th minute of play. Segundo Lorencio might have been able to make a better finish in the 57th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ivan Ricart. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Segundo Lorencio ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 60th minute, Vladimiro Mitxaut fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Ivan Ricart, passed just outside the right post. Nestor Licerio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Apolo Rio, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. After having played for 66 minutes, Segundo Lorencio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GIRAMONDO's supporters crossed their fingers, but Segundo Lorencio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gabriel Chorche recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Apolo Rio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nestor Licerio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabriel Chorche in the 75th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vladimiro Mitxaut in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ivan Ricart prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 82 minutes into the match, GIRAMONDO's goal looked a bit too open when Gabriel Chorche came free, but Nestor Licerio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Apolo Rio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Nestor Licerio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 86 minutes into the match, GIRAMONDO's goal looked a bit too open when Gabriel Chorche came free, but Nestor Licerio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Apolo Rio in the 89th minute of play forced GIRAMONDO's goalkeeper Nestor Licerio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to GIRAMONDO getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Mateo Karmel hit a great ball. When Joaquin Pereyra fell near the penalty area in the 92nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. Cieneguillas walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
