Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Hermengildo Quiroga started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After 4 minutes of play, Palmitas's Ignacio Nesto made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Clemente Itzaina was left in no man's land by his defense there! Hermengildo Quiroga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hermengildo Quiroga in the 16th minute of play forced Real Sporting Nicanor's goalkeeper Clemente Itzaina to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Palmitas's Dionisio Dayam got a free kick in the 17th minute. Hermengildo Quiroga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dionisio Dayam's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Clemente Itzaina read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. In the 22nd minute, Ignacio Nesto fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Palmitas's Dionisio Dayam got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 27 minutes into the match, Real Sporting Nicanor's goal looked a bit too open when Hermengildo Quiroga came free, but Clemente Itzaina reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hermengildo Quiroga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Clemente Itzaina made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hermengildo Quiroga in the 33rd minute of play. After having played for 34 minutes, Dionisio Dayam managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Palmitas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dionisio Dayam was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 37 minutes into the match, Hermengildo Quiroga dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Clemente Itzaina, 2-0. Severino Austin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Hermengildo Quiroga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jonas Gustau stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Hermengildo Quiroga put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Clemente Itzaina. Dionisio Dayam received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Clemente Itzaina tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ladislao Erramu kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. After 74 minutes Real Sporting Nicanor's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Alejandro Jorrin who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Alejandro Jorrin almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Real Sporting Nicanor's Clemente Itzaina did a great save. 81 minutes into the match, Real Sporting Nicanor's goal looked a bit too open when Hermengildo Quiroga came free, but Clemente Itzaina reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dionisio Dayam fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Clemente Itzaina having to interfere. Ladislao Erramu hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. In the 87th minute of the match Alejandro Jorrin sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Clemente Itzaina skillfully saved the ball. Clemente Itzaina took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Godofredo Elequemedo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dionisio Dayam received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Clemente Itzaina tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hermengildo Quiroga struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Clemente Itzaina didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Palmitas. Palmitas walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
