Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Ezequiel Gorri made the kick off and thus started the match. 6 minutes into the match, Oberá's goal looked a bit too open when Valentin Salvino came free, but Leopoldo Lucila reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 7th minute Valentin Salvino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leopoldo Lucila saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Caroya getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Matias Iraido hit a great ball. Valentin Salvino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 19 minutes into the game, Valentin Salvino lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Leopoldo Lucila. Leopoldo Lucila showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valentin Salvino in the 32nd minute of the match. Oberá's Leopoldo Lucila played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valentin Salvino in the 40th minute of play. Prospero Maule hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Leopoldo Hotz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Octavio Aritza having to interfere. Matias Iraido hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Valentin Salvino to strike the kick off in the second half. After 52 minutes of play Caroya's Matias Iraido was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 52 played minutes Caroya got a freekick which was hit by Matias Iraido. Ezequiel Gorri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ezequiel Gorri recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ezequiel Gorri in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Octavio Aritza saved Caroya from getting behind. In the 70th minute Ernesto Urdin suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. 70 minutes into the game, Amado Lizbeth was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Caroya's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Oberá the free kick. In the 72nd minute, Cristobal Benvido sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Caroya's Octavio Aritza didn't even have to move. Leopoldo Hotz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Octavio Aritza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leopoldo Lucila showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Orlando Ishmael, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. After having played for 77 minutes, Orlando Ishmael managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Caroya's supporters crossed their fingers, but Orlando Ishmael was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Orlando Ishmael came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Caroya fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Orlando Ishmael couldn't finish the play. Orlando Ishmael sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 83rd minute, Orlando Ishmael got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ezequiel Gorri blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Octavio Aritza having to make a save. Leopoldo Hotz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Leopoldo Hotz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 94 minutes into the match, Leopoldo Hotz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Octavio Aritza. Caroya's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Leopoldo Hotz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1.
