In the 90th minute, a hard, long distance shot from Gaspar Abajas hit the top of the crossbar and flew over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Emilio Refugio during the 91st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ivan Pietro struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Luisito Garin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Urdinarrain. Urdinarrain's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
