The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the match, Deportivo Pagani F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Lino Colon came free, but Rosendo Sesuldo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alonzo Bittor in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Saverio Loramendi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rodrigo Liberto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Saverio Loramendi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rosendo Sesuldo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lino Colon's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. Saverio Loramendi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alonzo Bittor in the 32nd minute of the match. Rosendo Sesuldo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Froilan Oihenarte, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. If Lino Colon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Froilan Oihenarte struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Rosendo Sesuldo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for W&N FC. Saverio Loramendi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alonzo Bittor in the 47th minute of play. The Deportivo Pagani F.C players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. W&N FC were winning 0-1.

Deportivo Pagani F.C's Rosendo Sesuldo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save Deportivo Pagani F.C from getting a goal against them. Geronimo Iraitz charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Geronimo Iraitz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 53rd match minute, W&N FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Geronimo Iraitz to maneuver through the defense. Froilan Oihenarte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rosendo Sesuldo having to interfere. Lino Colon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. In the 92nd minute of the match Deportivo Pagani F.C got a corner. W&N FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Epifanio Aguilera ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Epifanio Aguilera almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but W&N FC's Saverio Loramendi did a great save. In the 98th minute Lino Colon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rosendo Sesuldo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. W&N FC played a much better game than Deportivo Pagani F.C and deserved their victory. The Deportivo Pagani F.C players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
