Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Severo Iban got the match started through his kick off. When the match had gone on for 7 minutes, Severo Iban took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Reynaldo Jordy to make any attempt to save it. Severo Iban received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Reynaldo Jordy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 14th minute Guaberto Flor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eustaquio Chucho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 16 minutes into the match, Gogo Toro notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Díaz's Reynaldo Jordy. Reynaldo Jordy was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Díaz's Pastor Telmo got a free kick in the 21st minute. In the 22nd minute, Vladimiro Aztore sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Díaz's Reynaldo Jordy didn't even have to move. In the 24th minute, Rosario's Manuel Jago dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Severo Iban managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rosario's supporters rose to their feet, but Severo Iban was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Reynaldo Jordy breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 38th minute, Pastor Telmo had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. German Rayman charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed German Rayman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 40 played minutes Rosario got a freekick which was hit by German Rayman. Gogo Toro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Reynaldo Jordy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.
Guaberto Flor blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eustaquio Chucho having to make a save. The supporters of Díaz booed when Rosario was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Severo Iban didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Camilo Aballe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 61st minute Gogo Toro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reynaldo Jordy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 64 minutes into the game, Fulgencio Onofre was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rosario's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Díaz the free kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gogo Toro in the 67th minute of play forced Díaz's goalkeeper Reynaldo Jordy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 71 minutes, Camilo Aballe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Díaz's supporters crossed their fingers, but Camilo Aballe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Camilo Aballe could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Eustaquio Chucho made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Díaz's zone, Gogo Toro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Reynaldo Jordy came out of the goal and Gogo Toro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 86th minute Gogo Toro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reynaldo Jordy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rosario's Eustaquio Chucho proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save Rosario from getting a goal against them. Rosario's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
