An unexpectedly hard shot by Tobias Bazil in the 6th minute of play forced ricardone fc's goalkeeper Victorino Quintyn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Tomas Gentza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a little luck, Población FC's Alejandro Larpe got control of the ball when Lucio Noe tried to sneak it across the goal line. Población FC's Alejandro Larpe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Gentza in the 12th minute of play. Tobias Bazil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to ricardone fc getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Damian Azibar hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, ricardone fc's Damian Azibar got a free kick in the 16th minute. Victorino Quintyn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tobias Bazil, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. After having played for 21 minutes, Baldomero Sein managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Población FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Baldomero Sein was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 25th minute Tomas Gentza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alejandro Larpe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Población FC getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Severo Tercero hit a great ball. 30 minutes into the match, Población FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Gentza came free, but Alejandro Larpe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Población FC's Alejandro Larpe got control of the ball when Lucio Noe tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Lucio Noe managed to get in a good position for a shot. ricardone fc's supporters rose to their feet, but Lucio Noe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alejandro Larpe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tobias Bazil took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Victorino Quintyn. Victorino Quintyn dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Baldomero Sein's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Victorino Quintyn read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tobias Bazil made a kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomas Gentza in the 51st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alejandro Larpe saved Población FC from getting behind. Honorio Cordara charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Honorio Cordara the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 63 played minutes Población FC got a freekick which was hit by Laureano Osorio. 63 minutes into the match, ricardone fc's Ildefonso Marino broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 67th minute, Baldomero Sein made a precise shot to the right of Victorino Quintyn. ricardone fc's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Victorino Quintyn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tobias Bazil, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Victorino Quintyn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tobias Bazil in the 78th minute of play. When Baldomero Sein came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Población FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Baldomero Sein couldn't finish the play. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind ricardone fc's goalkeeper Victorino Quintyn, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in ricardone fc's zone, Tobias Bazil stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Victorino Quintyn came out of the goal and Tobias Bazil tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Población FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
