Clemente Silviano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juan Bernaldo in the 4th minute of play. Clemente Silviano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juan Bernaldo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Siro Fernendo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Rogelio Isias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Martin Hurko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Ubaldo Niguel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Balderrama AFC's goalkeeper Ubaldo Niguel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Balderrama AFC's zone, Siro Fernendo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ubaldo Niguel came out of the goal and Siro Fernendo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ubaldo Niguel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Siro Fernendo, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. 37 minutes into the match, Piquete's goal looked a bit too open when Juan Bernaldo came free, but Clemente Silviano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Clemente Silviano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rogelio Isias in the 40th minute of play. After 43 played minutes Balderrama AFC got a freekick which was hit by Mario Jacindo. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Juan Bernaldo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ubaldo Niguel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Siro Fernendo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Balderrama AFC's Ubaldo Niguel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Siro Fernendo in the 54th minute of play. 60 minutes into the game, Feliciano Salvatore was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Balderrama AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Piquete the free kick. Balderrama AFC's Ubaldo Niguel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martin Hurko in the 62nd minute of play. Rogelio Isias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Piquete's Siro Fernendo got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 72 minutes into the match, Piquete's goal looked a bit too open when Juan Bernaldo came free, but Clemente Silviano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Martin Hurko took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ubaldo Niguel. Ubaldo Niguel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Juan Bernaldo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Clemente Silviano read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. When Martin Hurko came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Piquete fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Martin Hurko couldn't finish the play. Martin Hurko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Siro Fernendo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Ubaldo Niguel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Piquete fans cheered their team off the field, for while Balderrama AFC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
