Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The audience thought a goal was coming when Victorio Ovando got free with Flavio Dominix in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some careless play in the Macha defense, Domingo Bertin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lázaro Ongile. The Macha fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lázaro Ongile should have stopped the shot. Luciano Telo charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Luciano Telo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Macha's Luciano Telo got a free kick in the 13th minute. Lázaro Ongile took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Domingo Bertin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 26th minute Nicanor Sandaili shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lázaro Ongile saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 27 minutes into the match, Macha's goal looked a bit too open when Domingo Bertin came free, but Lázaro Ongile reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Macha's Constantino Sal got a free kick in the 37th minute. Lázaro Ongile took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicanor Sandaili, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 44 minutes of play, Macha's Luciano Telo made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Flavio Dominix was left in no man's land by his defense there! Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Luciano Telo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After having played for 51 minutes, Victorio Ovando managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Macha's supporters crossed their fingers, but Victorio Ovando was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Victorio Ovando received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Flavio Dominix tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 56 minutes, Luciano Telo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Macha's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luciano Telo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Luciano Telo came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Macha fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luciano Telo couldn't finish the play. Victorio Ovando fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Flavio Dominix having to interfere. Mauro Gonza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Lázaro Ongile tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nicanor Sandaili sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Macha's Lázaro Ongile got control of the ball when Nicanor Sandaili tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee ignored Casana's protests and gave Jeronimo Caetano a yellow card for diving instead. After 92 played minutes Casana got a freekick which was hit by Jeronimo Caetano. If Luciano Telo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
