Osvaldo Vigil could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Manuel Txindoki made a huge save. In the 35th minute Teofilo Saturnin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Constantino Oton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Manuel Txindoki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Americo Quirce, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Osvaldo Vigil in the 41stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Manuel Txindoki, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Manuel Txindoki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Americo Quirce, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Osvaldo Vigil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manuel Txindoki having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Americo Quirce to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Carmelo Rito got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Manuel Txindoki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Americo Quirce in the 55th minute of play. If Americo Quirce had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 60th minute Teofilo Saturnin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Constantino Oton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Constantino Oton acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 65th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Froilan Moise. After 71 played minutes, Urizar's Romeo Perutxo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Manuel Txindoki came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Urizar reached it. Osvaldo Vigil's late challenge caught a Club Atletico Giladitas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Osvaldo Vigil helped the player get up and apologised. After 74 played minutes Urizar got a freekick which was hit by Osvaldo Vigil. Osvaldo Vigil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manuel Txindoki having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Teofilo Saturnin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Atletico Giladitas's supporters rose to their feet, but Teofilo Saturnin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Constantino Oton breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Teofilo Saturnin came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Club Atletico Giladitas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teofilo Saturnin couldn't finish the play. Osvaldo Vigil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
