Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ildefonso Cutberto got the match started through his kick off. In the 6th match minute, Tapso was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anselmo Txanton to maneuver through the defense. With his leg Inocencio Faro managed to avoid a goal in the 9thth minute, when Tapso's Dario Palos fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 11 minutes into the match, Correntoso FC's goalkeeper Inocencio Faro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dario Palos. Correntoso FC's Inocencio Faro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ildefonso Cutberto in the 16th minute of play. Genaro Diegotxe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacobo Hanot having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ildefonso Cutberto in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Inocencio Faro saved Correntoso FC from getting behind. Dario Paloss short, quick shot in the 35thth minute got Inocencio Faro to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Inocencio Faro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ildefonso Cutberto in the 36th minute of the match. 1-0 became the score in the 39th minute when Ildefonso Cutberto elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 42 minutes into the match, Correntoso FC's goalkeeper Inocencio Faro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dario Palos. Dario Palos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Inocencio Faro made a huge save. Ildefonso Cutberto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Genaro Diegotxe to make the kick off. In the 56th minute Ildefonso Cutberto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Inocencio Faro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 58th minute, Dario Palos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ildefonso Cutberto might have been able to make a better finish in the 60th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Inocencio Faro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ildefonso Cutberto ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 61st minute, Dario Palos made a precise shot to the right of Inocencio Faro. Correntoso FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Ildefonso Cutberto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Inocencio Faro having to interfere. Jacobo Hanot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabio Raymond, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Anselmo Txanton during the 77th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Tapso getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Anselmo Txanton hit a great ball. Genaro Diegotxe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Jacobo Hanot tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Correntoso FC's Inocencio Faro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ildefonso Cutberto in the 88th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Tapso's Ildefonso Cutberto got a free kick in the 90th minute. Ildefonso Cutberto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Tapso fully deserved thier win.
