Miguel Geofredo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Delmiro Montrell read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. In the 17th match minute, Cubanea AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adan Senon to maneuver through the defense. Kaybo F.C's Ernesto Totakoxe got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pastor Vigil charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pastor Vigil the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Kaybo F.C getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Pastor Vigil hit a great ball. In the 24th minute Ignacio Nesor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mario Justin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 55 minutes into the game, Victorino Txurio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kaybo F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cubanea AFC the free kick. The supporters of Cubanea AFC booed when Kaybo F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victorino Txurio didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 57th minute, Ignacio Nesor got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 60th minute, Miguel Geofredo made a precise shot to the right of Delmiro Montrell. Cubanea AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Rodolfo Iraunkor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Mario Justin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Ignacio Nesor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cubanea AFC's Delmiro Montrell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miguel Geofredo in the 72nd minute of play. In the 73rd minute, Pastor Vigil ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Delmiro Montrell was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. The supporters of Cubanea AFC booed when Kaybo F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erubiel Bizen didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 86th minute of the match Cubanea AFC got a corner. Kaybo F.C's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Lino Henric ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Lino Henric got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Mario Justin quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 90th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kaybo F.C's goalkeeper Mario Justin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 91st match minute, Kaybo F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erubiel Bizen to maneuver through the defense. Baldomero Garcia's late challenge caught a Cubanea AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Baldomero Garcia helped the player get up and apologised. After 95 played minutes Kaybo F.C got a freekick which was hit by Baldomero Garcia. When the referee blew the final whistle, Kaybo F.C could leave the field as winners, despite Cubanea AFC having more of the ball for most of the match.
