Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Roque Munio got the match started through his kick off. After some careless play in the Indigo FC defense, Hipolito Soin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Maximino Confesor. The Indigo FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Maximino Confesor should have stopped the shot. In the 7th minute, Indigo FC's Roque Munio ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Robustiano Tono. Robustiano Tono yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. In the 11th minute, Roque Munio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luciano Ledesma during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Indigo FC booed when Union de Santa Fe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luciano Ledesma didn't get a good kick on the ball. The long shot by Teo Lorenz in the 18th minute really tested Robustiano Tono's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. After 20 minutes, Gaston Primeiro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Union de Santa Fe and the Indigo FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 20th minute, Gaston Primeiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jacinto Corderun hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Jacinto Corderun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Maximino Confesor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 29th minute of the match, Roque Munio tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Robustiano Tono saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Maximino Confesor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacinto Corderun in the 32nd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jacinto Corderun in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maximino Confesor prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Jacinto Corderun managed to get in a good position for a shot. Union de Santa Fe's supporters rose to their feet, but Jacinto Corderun was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maximino Confesor breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 41st minute the ball was on its way in behind Indigo FC's goalkeeper Maximino Confesor, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Maximino Confesor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacinto Corderun in the 42nd minute of the match. Maximino Confesor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hipolito Soin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jacinto Corderun stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Hipolito Soin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Union de Santa Fe fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. When Hipolito Soin fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Union de Santa Fe's protests and gave Hipolito Soin a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Union de Santa Fe's Hipolito Soin got a free kick in the 55th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fulgencio Austin during the 59th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 59 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Union de Santa Fe! The supporters of Union de Santa Fe booed when Indigo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgard Laffitte didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match clock showed 82 minutes, the score became 2-3 when Jacinto Corderun sped through Indigo FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Maximino Confesor. In the 86th minute, Roque Munio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Robustiano Tono was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-3. With a little luck, Indigo FC's Maximino Confesor got control of the ball when Hipolito Soin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
