Anibal Matteo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Ghetto FC's zone, Amadeo Furtado stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anibal Matteo came out of the goal and Amadeo Furtado tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Ghetto FC's Evaristo Steven got a free kick in the 9th minute. 12 minutes into the match, Ghetto FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dario Cordeiro came free, but Anibal Matteo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anibal Matteo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antonio Markel in the 15th minute of play. If Dario Cordeiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pasteur AFC's Dario Cordeiro got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonio Markel in the 30th minute of play forced Ghetto FC's goalkeeper Anibal Matteo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anibal Matteo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amadeo Furtado in the 33rd minute of the match. Salvador Odon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cirilo Ignatius, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. If Cirilo Ignatius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anibal Matteo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amadeo Furtado in the 44th minute of the match. Amadeo Furtado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Anibal Matteo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 47 played minutes Ghetto FC got a freekick which was hit by Cipriano Urre. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

After a defensive mix-up in Pasteur AFC's zone, Cirilo Ignatius stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Salvador Odon came out of the goal and Cirilo Ignatius tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cirilo Ignatius struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Salvador Odon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ghetto FC. Dario Cordeiro might have been able to make a better finish in the 59th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Anibal Matteo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dario Cordeiro ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of Pasteur AFC booed when Ghetto FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pascual Domiku didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dario Cordeiro got free with Anibal Matteo in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dario Cordeiro had several of the Ghetto FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 67 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-2 score and a disappointed Anibal Matteo as he didn't even see the shot coming. After 73 minutes of play, Ghetto FC's Pascual Domiku made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Salvador Odon was left in no man's land by his defense there! Felix Urti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Salvador Odon having to interfere. Amadeo Furtado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dario Cordeiros short, quick shot in the 83rdth minute got Anibal Matteo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When Dario Cordeiro came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Pasteur AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dario Cordeiro couldn't finish the play. Anibal Matteo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amadeo Furtado in the 93rd minute of the match.
